Here at Aerin Andrews personal training we like to get to know our clients, so we start with a free (no obligation) consultation. This is usually done over the phone/ video call at a convenient time. This is your chance to tell us about what you hope to achieve and any health issues or old injuries you may have. It is also a chance for us to see how you move, what your weaknesses are likely to be and discuss other factors that need to be incorporated into your training plan. Unlike a gym class, our sessions are strictly one-to-one. You get our undivided attention, so we can provide constant feedback. That dialogue is vitally important to making progress and you can contact us at any time to ask for advice. Our aim is to make sure that you are never in doubt about what you should be doing and how you should be doing it. Not only do we offer exceptional training along with posture analysis and nutrition advice and ideas. Session are held at Aerin’s private gym (TR2 5TT).
