My story

Health and Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I first started training at around the age of 14. From there i completed my Level 2 and Level 3 to become a personal trainer whilst finishing my GCSE's. Since then i have completed many qualifications including degrees in Nutrition, Exercise and Health along with starting a MSC in Strength and Conditioning. 

I believe women should be able to lose fat whilst enjoying their social life. My belief goes against the social norm of low calories and lots of cardio training whilst following science to ensure every women can reach their health, fitness and body goals. 

My vision is to help people reach their health, fitness and body goals without leaving behind a social life even when wanting to lose fat and tone up.
